The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, all furnished with comfortable double beds, making it perfect for families or couples. The modern and cosy interior design ensures that you will immediately feel at home and in the holiday mood. The house has underfloor heating to keep your feet warm during the cold months, as well as solar energy, adding a sustainable element to your holiday. With two free parking spaces, there is always room for your vehicle. There is parking space by the house on the road; if you wish to park in the driveway, this must be agreed with the owner. Please note that the house does not allow youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
