The living room is spacious and cozy, furnished with all necessary conveniences including a TV, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa bed that can easily accommodate two people overnight.

The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.

Situated on the 4th floor, it can be accessible by a lift or stairs.
