Step into a fully renovated classic Swedish red cottage, set directly on the banks of the Vindel River — one of Europe’s last free-flowing wild rivers. Every detail has been thoughtfully upgraded in 2025 to offer hotel-quality comfort in an extraordinary natural setting.
Wake to uninterrupted river views from the master bedroom. Cook in a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Unwind by the wood-fired stove after a day exploring the surrounding wilderness. In summer, the riverside deck, gazebo, and wood-fired hot tub make this the kind of place you won’t want to leave.
The Vindel River valley offers something remarkable in every season. In winter, watch reindeer cross the frozen river, chase the Northern Lights from your doorstep, or arrange snowmobiling, skiing, and ice fishing through local operators. In summer, the midnight sun bathes the landscape in golden light late into the evening — perfect for riverside walks, barbecues on the deck, or simply sitting in the gazebo with a glass of wine.
Whether you’re here for adventure or stillness, this is a place that stays with you.
This cottage has been comprehensively renovated in 2025 to a high standard throughout, blending traditional Swedish character with modern comfort.
