Die Wohnung liegt in einem Einkaufszentrum. Das ist wirklich aufregend, weil wir sie auch dann betreten können, wenn das Einkaufszentrum geschlossen ist. Meine Kinder haben den leeren Flur ein paar Mal für ihr Karatetraining genutzt. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit einfachem Zugang zu verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und man kann die Seine und den Louvre zu Fuß erreichen. Sie ist recht geräumig. Der Schlafbereich im Loft ist tendenziell wärmer (trotz der Klimaanlage), aber meine Kinder fanden ihn toll. Alle Matratzen sind bequem. Wir mussten innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach unserem Check-in nach den Anweisungen zum Einchecken fragen, da sie nicht automatisch gesendet wurden. Der Gastgeber hat klare Anweisungen gegeben, aber wenn Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft keinen Internetzugang haben, sollten Sie sich vielleicht vorher vergewissern, dass Sie die Anweisungen haben. Es gab ein kleines Problem, weil die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht fertig war, aber der Gastgeber hat uns freundlicherweise für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschädigt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns darauf, eines Tages wiederzukommen.

Wunderschön! Jedes Detail wurde sorgfältig bedacht, was ihm eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre verleiht. Die Wohnung befand sich in einer sehr markanten Gegend, war aber dennoch leicht zu erreichen. Wir konnten von unserer Unterkunft aus ganz Paris zu Fuß erkunden, da sie im Herzen der Stadt lag. Der Preis ist für eine Gruppe von 6 Personen angemessen, aber für 4 ein bisschen teuer. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden diesen Ort weiterempfehlen.

The location is beautiful, unlike any other, we enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shops, the house is nicely decorated and everything was spotless when we arrived, we had a wonderful time! The only drawback for us was that we were traveling with young children and a grandmother, so the stairs were not very practical, the bedrooms are quite far apart from each other and the highest one is a mezzanine, it was our fault for not realizing that before booking, The beds and sheets were clean, and for a large group, it's always convenient to have multiple toilets and bathrooms, thanks Joffrey

Perfect location, spotless, tidy, had all the necessities and everything functioned perfectly, The unit used to be a former shop in Passage Choiseul -- quirky and delightful, The transformation is outstanding -- spacious, bright, airy and extremely peaceful, The location is superb -- just around the corner from the Opera, less than a 10-minute walk to the Louvre, 18-minute walk to the D'Orsay, less than a 25-minute walk to Notre Dame or, in the opposite direction, less than a 25-minute walk to the Champs Elysees, Excellent access to multiple metro lines, Vibrant neighborhood that serves as a small hub for Japanese and other Asian eateries, Take the Palais Royal gardens as your pathway whenever possible -- it's incredibly pleasant to walk through on your comings and goings, NOTE: The apartment has 5,5 levels and is connected by a somewhat narrow staircase, The steps are slightly uneven, so it may not be suitable for individuals with more than minor mobility challenges,

We had an amazing experience at this place in August 2022, The presence of air conditioning was a big plus, given the hot weather in Paris during our stay, The unique location within a passageway, and its proximity to various excellent dining options, made our stay even more enjoyable, The property is within walking distance to the Louvre and other attractions, yet manages to maintain a sense of seclusion from the tourist crowds, which we appreciated, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again,

Communication was smooth and effective, Just a few things to mention: - the apartment could use some extra cleaning, noticeable stains on the carpet in the main room and dust everywhere, - the downstairs bedroom doesn't have AC, it depends on the upstairs unit, - the stairs are very steep and narrow, making it difficult to move luggage, - the 3rd bedroom is actually a loft, not suitable for children due to the steep climb and drop off, Overall, great location and safe, Simple and straightforward,

The townhouse is perfectly located, a 10-minute walk from the Louvre, Tuileries, Place de la Concorde, the opera, and countless cafes, restaurants, and shops, We strolled everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The townhouse spans four levels, accessible via very narrow and winding stairs, so individuals with mobility impairments should steer clear, I was accompanied by my 21-year-old son and his girlfriend, and we all nearly slipped multiple times, While there are railings in most areas, it's crucial to grip them tightly and tread cautiously, The kitchen, complete with a spacious table, occupies a separate level, providing a pleasant space for indoor dining, Unfortunately, the washing machine is out of order, the coffee maker is non-functional, but a tea kettle is available, Be mindful that the ground floor shower tends to flood, necessitating a surplus of towels for drying after each use, Should the owner address these issues, we would gladly revisit!
