The beautifully furnished and conveniently located house was fantastic for our first visit to Paris, Everything was within walking distance and the area itself was very trendy with many excellent restaurants, As mentioned by other reviewers, the property could benefit from a thorough cleaning, a user manual for commonly used items & appliances (such as the washing machine, oven, heater, etc,), and essential supplies (sufficient toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc,), These items were particularly noticeable to us due to our extended stay (over 1 week), Nonetheless, it was a delightful stay as the property was comfortable, inviting, and in an unbeatable location!

Joffrey's place was wonderful and comfortable for my stay, The natural light was amazing and the apartment was conveniently located near the train station and many delicious dining options, The only downside was the heating, I've come to realize that many European buildings are old and lack central heating, There were 2 heaters, but they needed to be on high all day to warm up the space, I recommend bringing warm layers if you're traveling in the winter, even for relaxing or sleeping, Other than that, it was a cozy space - all the amenities were as advertised, The water runs cold quickly,,, so shower fast,

This flat is just as lovely as the photos, It's situated in a highly convenient spot, within walking distance of the Louvre and the Opera, The flat is accessed via 3 flights of extremely narrow stairs, which posed a slight challenge with our luggage, The remote customer service was outstanding, providing quick assistance with an early check-in and resetting the access code when we misplaced it, We visited during a heatwave, despite the flat having two air conditioning units, as it was located on the 3rd floor and the bed was in a raised loft area, it was quite warm and there was insufficient air circulation for a comfortable sleep, In general, it was a fantastic stay,
