Wonderful stay!

This rental was just as described. In the heart of the Latin quarter but very quiet inside the unit. Very close to multiple metro stations. We started with 2 adults and 2 children and fit just fine. The space is small but very comfortable with a washer and very nice bathroom with good water pressure and air conditioning. The beds were comfortable as well. We would highly recommend this place and stay here again.

Location was excellent, with Nolte Dame less than a 15 minute walk. There is no lack of restaurants because there are many right outside your door. There’s also a big grocery store within 2 blocks. We only pack with travel-on suitcases, so that made going up the stairs manageable. If you have big suitcases this may be a challenge, please remember that if the flat says it’s on the first floor, that means the flat is up one flight of stairs. This flat has 2 flights of stairs, although the second is short. The beds were really comfortable and that includes the sofa bed. Lots of hot water, great air conditioning and a washer! There is a close rack for drying, which we used as well as the heated towel rack. If you are a large person the toilet area is small, which may be an inconvenience although the shower is big. We are 3 adults and we managed well. But really, who stays in the room when in Paris? Transportation is about a 15 minute walk from the unit to assist in getting to places a bit further away, like the Paris Catacombs, Eiffel Tower or the train station. We did cook a few meals without any issues other than the cupboards are quite high. I’m 5’4 and had to have my daughter (5’8”) and grandson (5’ 10”) get the plates & cutler down. But there are 2 chairs that can be used to overcome this issue. The built-in bench seating was nice as we used a small section to store some of our stuff. Would we stay here again, absolutely!

The apartment was very pleasant and had all the amenities listed. We were given an incorrect access code to open the door and it was very stressful getting in touch with anyone. It also had an unpleasant smell due to old sewer pipes but it didn't affect our stay. The rug should also be replaced.

Check in was effortless and the digital key and instructions were clear. The apartment is really tiny, and while well furnished, it is only suitable for a couple / two people who sill share the bed. The sofa bed, very comfornatble,takes up the entire living area when open.The bathroom is too small and badly designed with a sink that is no bigger than a bowl to wash in. Consequently the floor was wet and dangerous. There are no shelves or places to store items in the bathroom.These small but important details are a pity as the apartment is very centrally located with many amenities, transport options and tourist attractions just outside the door.

Great location: Nolte Dome, transportation, grocery store, and restaurants are less than a 15 minute walk. Two flights of steps so big luggage may be an issue, we only pack carry-on. Unit was clean, toilet area a bit small but the shower was big. Get air conditioning, washer was welcomed and plenty of hot water! Cupboards a bit high for those 5’4” and under , but easy to overcome by using a chair to reach. Would stay here again.
