The space this property has to offer is immense, with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, and a wonderfully sized kitchen, dining and living area – perfect for a social event.

The flow of the property is fabulous; the living area leads to the decked area with private hot tub and BBQ area surround by a glass balustrade. This area is lit up at night, all wheelchair friendly on the ground floor with flush exits onto the decked area from the living area and bedrooms.

Should you fancy cooking up a storm in the luxury kitchen, it has everything you could need and more - the American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser is a great addition for serving those cocktails!

The elegant market town of Llandeilo is a short drive from here, providing a host of highly acclaimed restaurants, art galleries and eclectic gift shops - not forgetting the annual gin festival!
