Number 38 is a modern caravan located on the outskirts of Dornoch, it has everything you require for your holiday, offering the perfect base to explore the surrounding area.. All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Smart TV, Electric Fire
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge/Freezer
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. External laundry room (shared with other properties on-site).. Grounds with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The property is located at Pitgrudy Caravan Park on the outskirts of Dornoch. The caravan offers modern open plan living room with sofa and comfy chairs, feature fire, Smart TV and views across the countryside. The kitchen is great for cooking up a hearty breakfast, or tasty dinner at the end of the day, and has plenty of cupboards with all pots, pans and utensils supplied, the dining area has a table and four chairs. There is a master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have wardrobe space. There is a family shower room with walk-in shower. Outside there is a wrapround deck with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The property has one parking space on site, with additional visitor’s parking a short walk away, there is no overnight parking for commercial vehicles. The park has a reception and on-site laundry room.
Dornoch town centre is approximately 1½ miles away and offers local shops, a supermarket, bakery, butchers, cafés, restaurants and bars. It is renowned for its beautiful sandy beach and its championship golf course Royal Dornoch and its cathedral which is a spectacular building. Throughout the summer a pipe band will play in the town square on a Saturday evening and there is a local market on the second and fourth Wednesdays throughout May to September. Dornoch is the perfect location to base yourself to explore the surrounding area with amazing scenery for walking. Number 38 will not disappoint as your base in the Highlands.
April to October 7 days with changeover day Saturday, off peak short breaks available.
