The San Andrés villa is a spacious and comfortable holiday rental that sleeps 8 people, accommodated in its 4 double bedrooms—two with a king-size bed and two with two single beds—; making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of a small town while still being close to the city of León.
In addition, the home features three bathrooms—one of which is en suite with the master bedroom—a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware, and both small and large appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven… as well as a blender, coffee maker, and toaster…
The outdoor area, with over 1,000 square metres of garden, features a barbecue, a porch, and outdoor furniture.
The home also has Wi-Fi internet access and a closed garage with space for two vehicles.
Pets are always welcome on our property.
Our town has all the necessary amenities, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a health centre, and municipal swimming pools, all of which are located 300 metres from our accommodation.
In San Andrés, there are various parks and green spaces, as well as trails in the surrounding area to enjoy nature.
The town has public transport with direct service to the city centre every 25 minutes.
Its prime location allows you to explore both the city of León and the province’s main tourist attractions, such as the Valporquero Caves, the Valdevimbre wineries, the city of Astorga with its Gaudí palace, and even El Bierzo or the Picos de Europa.
