La recepcion de llaves y mando del garaje por parte de la persona encargada fue caótica, no tenia operativo el teléfono y luego fue bastante poco atenta,Lo peor fue la casa ya que dos de los "dormitorios" no tenían ventana contraviniendo normativa y las mínimas condiciones de salubridad.

Buenos dias Carlos, Siento leer tu reseña y la verdad es que me quedo bastante dolido y un tanto extrañado. Lo primero es, a lo mejor, pedirte perdón porque la recepción de llaves haya sido caótica. Como sabes, la cobertura en el valle a veces no es buena, es algo que se nos escapa del control, pero no obstante eso no justifica que Gilma no haya sido atenta. Me sorprende, no te voy a engañar, ya que siempre todo el mundo nos dice que es encantadora y siempre suele tener el telefono disponible, y también porque contrasta de frente con lo que nos cuenta ella. Pero bueno, creo que un mal dia lo puede tener cualquiera, aun así, por eso, te pido disculpas. No obstante si que me ha chocado leer el resto de tu reseña. En nuestro anuncio, que puedes volver a revisar cuando quieras, mostramos todas las fotos claramente del alojamiento, en ningún momento engañamos a nadie y mostramos varias fotos por estancia, justamente para que la gente pueda ver exactamente lo que está reservando y no haya sorpresas de ningún tipo. También me apena, que pese a que os hemos escrito varios dias para asegurarnos de que estabais bien, y ver si pudieramos hacer algo, nos habeis contestado que estabais genial, que la estancia estaba yendo perfectamente, etc. Es una pena encontrarme esta reseña sabiendo que hemos intentado hacer lo maximo para que estéis bien. Si que me gustaria mencionar las dificultades que hemos tenido con esta reserva, desde el pago de la reserva que hubo que hacerlo de manera manual, el no rellenar correctamente el check-in pese a que se pidió varias veces, o el haber metido un coche más en el parking durante varios dias, ocupando una plaza ajena y pese a que se os dijo varias veces, y desde el comienzo, que no estaba permitido. La verdad es que en 15 años que me llevo dedicando a esto, es la primera vez que he tenido tantos problemas con una misma reserva. Espero que tengas un buen dia, Diego

Súper Piso perfecto para familia

Nos encantó el piso de Diego; súper bien ubicado frente a la góndola; tienda de alquiler de esquís en el mismo edificio, al lado de restaurantes y de todo lo que necesitamos. El piso muy amplio y cómodo con vistas muy bonitas, todo muy cómodo y práctico. Tanto el check in como el check out fáciles y cómodos. Espero volver pronto.

Semaine entre amis pour skier à Baqueira. Appartement très bien placé, fonctionnel et propre. Hôte réactif et procédures très bien décrites. Je recommande, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
