5 minutes from the beach! Completely renovated rural tourism house, ideal for families

Can Calot is a fully renovated rustic house located in Vilamacolum, a quiet, peaceful, and laid-back little village just 5 minutes from the tourist town of Sant Pere Pescador and its fine-sand beaches, and 10 minutes from the beaches of Léscala. We’re also very close to the Empordà marshes, one of Catalonia’s most important wetlands and a fully protected nature reserve—a magical place to lose yourself and enjoy the flora and fauna.

The house has 4 bedrooms, arranged as follows:

Ground floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bed and single bed (sleeps 3).

Upper floor:

Bedroom 2: Suite with bathroom, one double bed, and one single bed (sleeps 3).

Bedroom 3: Double bed (2 people).

Bedroom 4: Technically a children’s room, though adults can sleep here. Triple bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a 90-cm bed on top, plus a separate 90-cm bed (3–4 children).

Game room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, darts, and various games.

House with geothermal radiator heating (recently installed), air conditioning, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with a garden table and a barbecue.
