Very disappointing stay — the property was misrepresented as a private penthouse, WiFi did not work,

The location was convenient, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect. The lack of promised privacy and the non-functional WiFi made the overall experience frustrating and unacceptable.

This stay was completely unacceptable. It was advertised as a private penthouse, but after being there for several hours, another couple arrived and joined the space — so it was clearly not private at all. The WiFi also did not work the entire time. This is false advertising and a huge disappointment. I expect a full refund, and honestly, the host should be banned from the platform for misleading guests like this.
