The property was easy to access and clean and comfortable. The water pressure was inadequate and so the showers were just a dribble. No added luxuries like hand soap, washing up liquid and minimal toilet paper

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m glad to hear the property was easy to access and that you found it clean and comfortable. I apologise that the water pressure was inadequate and that the showers were just a dribble, and also that there were no added toiletries such as hand soap or washing-up liquid and only minimal toilet paper provided. Your feedback is noted and is being investigated so we can improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.
