We had a lovely stay in the cottage. It’s well appointed and very warm and comfortable. Close to lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants in what is a very pretty town. Hosts were very attentive and helpful.

Perfect stay

This is a stunning property. Communication was excellent with the hosts going above and beyond to smooth the process. The decor is very stylish and there are many personal touches to make you feel at home and comfortable, including a cupboard filled with items for our dog. Location fabulous. Will definitely book again.

The cottage is super quaint and ideally situated in the old part of the town within sight of the castle. Restaurant choices and pubs abound. Inside the cottage it is well equipped and easy living for two people. With one bathroom if there are four of you, you’re gonna have to be good friends .The staircase to the first and second floor are quite steep and narrow, and I would not recommend it if you’re not able. The owners are super helpful and will provide you guidance on what to do in the area if you’re not familiar.. I would highly recommend using some of the footpaths that lead away from the castle on circular routes into the local countryside. The town itself is compact and a quick walk sees you in the town center with even more shopping and eating venues. Totally enjoyed our nearly 2 weeks stay and will hopefully be back.
