The best place and area in paris.near train station,restaurants stores..good the host provided name of grocery store.the place has all you need including washer and dryer,microwave,ref and etc..theres plenty of big towels available with working towel warmer in the toilet..whole restroom is big enough and clean with strong shower pressure and centralized water heater..theres a good space in the kitchen area and also to dine it..lot of outlets provided and the place is well secured.the entry door lock looks sturdy that gives you peace of mind that your belongings will be safe

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un weekend in famiglia (4 persone) e la posizione è davvero strategica: vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Congressi e a pochi passi dalle fermate di metro, bus e RER. La zona è molto tranquilla, sicura e servita benissimo da negozi e ristoranti di ogni tipo, dal francese al fast food.L'appartamento, seppur piccolo, è estremamente funzionale e ben organizzato. È ideale per una coppia o per chi viaggia per lavoro; in quattro gli spazi sono un po' sacrificati, ma gestibili per brevi periodi.

Wir haben ein Familienwochenende (wir waren zu viert) in dieser Wohnung verbracht, und die Lage ist wirklich ideal: ganz in der Nähe des Palazzo dei Congressi und nur wenige Schritte von U-Bahn-, Bus- und RER-Stationen entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sicher und bietet eine große Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurants aller Art, von französischer Küche bis hin zu Fast Food. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber äußerst funktional. Sie ist ideal für Paare oder Geschäftsreisende; zu viert ist der Platz etwas begrenzt, aber für kurze Aufenthalte durchaus ausreichend.
