Stunning Mediterranean style villa with uninterrupted views of the Bay of Kalkan
Serin Ev is the perfect place to stay in Kalkan. Close enough for a level walk into the pretty town with all its restaurants , shops and bars but sufficiently removed to be tranquil . With nothing but an olive grove between the villa and the beautiful bay of Kalkan we have one of the best views. Local amenities are literally 2 minutes walk away and the villa not only has its own horizon pool but also has access to the large communal pool on the Lykia Estate. The town beach and harbour are literally a ten minute walk away and all the local beach clubs are all accessible by free water taxis from the harbour.

We are based in surrey in UK and have owned Serin Ev for over 20 years so we have extensive knowledge of Kalkan and can answer any questions our guests may have
Why they chose this property
The position of Serin Ev is perfect. Close enough to town (10 minutes flat walk) but sufficiently removed from the bustle of the high season to be tranquil. We have the best view in Kalkan, with an uninterrupted view over the bay.
What makes this property unique
The exclusive lykia estate is a haven. With tree lined private roads and its own enormous private pool which is accessible to all our guests.
