Fully air-conditioned throughout, it offers a beautiful private courtyard featuring a plunge pool and jacuzzi with lovely soft seating and an al fresco dining area. Ground Floor

The villa is entered through an impressive gateway into an open plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor. The kitchen features all modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven and hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as a breakfast bar. The living area beyond has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, DVD player, and iPad docking station. A wood-burning stove is also provided for cooler evenings.

First Floor

The first floor, accessed from a spiral staircase from the living room, houses two bedrooms. The lovely master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a super king bed with an en-suite shower room that opens onto a balcony overlooking the private courtyard below. It is equipped with a wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, and iPad docking station. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

Second Floor

The second floor, accessed via another spiral staircase, comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The room has access to a wonderful roof terrace with a canopy for shade, a sunbathing area, soft seating, and a fabulous view over Kalkan Bay. For guests' convenience, there is also a fridge on this level.
