Updated 3 Bedroom house private yard and sundeck, Walking distance to all the attractions. In the business of making great memories that last a lifetime. Use of 7 Beach badges during your stay. This house has 3 bedrooms one with a queen bed the second has a trundle that is 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin. there is a role away twin in the closet as well. the house has a dishwasher a washer machine and a dryer. The house also has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The sundeck overlooks the private backyard where you will find a bbq. We rented for many years with so many positive reviews and have just as many repeat renters. I am always a phone call, text, or email away. We love it and know you will to.

Rental departure Hi Just a reminder checkout is by 11 AM please leave the house the way you found it . Please wash towels in 2 separate loads . Leave linens on beds . Gather all chargers
Please leave keys on the counter., along with beach badges . Lock bottom locks only and text me while leaving so the house can be cleaned and set for the next guests.
Place garbage in the can in the yard , no need to take it out to the street unless you were directed to on the day of check out . Hope you enjoyed your stay and made memories that last a life time .
