The apartment is bright and modern. It has an incredibly cozy and well-equipped kitchen, which is ideal for cooking your own meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table, from where you can look out through the lattice windows onto the beautiful old garden. In addition, there is a leather sofa set, coffee table, and TV, which can be used when the day draws to a close and you feel like retreating indoors. In the entrance hall, there is a staircase leading up to the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed in both rooms if desired. There is also a sofa bed on the first floor. Outdoor living completes the rural atmosphere with flowering plants and cozy nooks in the garden surrounded by trees and bushes. The garden has several small oases where you can sit and enjoy your vacation. There is an electric grill on one terrace and a Weber charcoal grill on the other. The owner lives on the property. There is a short distance to fishing opportunities at Voer Å, so it couldn't be easier to bait your hook and go fishing. The rental price includes heating, whereas electricity must be read upon arrival and departure. The apartment is located just a few meters from the bus stop, where you can take the bus to Aalborg or Frederikshavn. There are shopping facilities just 5 minutes from the house in Sæby. There is a charging station for electric cars at Trafikcenter Sæby Syd, which is less than 1 km away. Not available for rent to youth groups or tradespeople.The entrance is located at Røllenvej 4, which is signposted, and then also Ålborgvej 219 and 221.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
