Bright vacation home in Sæby with sea views! This cozy vacation home is designed for a family of four who want to experience an adventure in Sæby Nordstrand. You will be staying just 150 m from the charming beach promenade, which leads to the lively marina. After extensive renovation in 2017, the vacation home now features modern and inviting interior design. At the heart of the home is an open kitchen with a dining area, perfect for cozy moments sharing meals or playing cards and board games. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and blends harmoniously with the living room. There is a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, accompanied by a charming but purely decorative wood-burning stove. The changing light streams in through the panoramic windows, while the waves of the sea create a soothing backdrop and the sunrise bathes the sky in warm tones. There are two cozy bedrooms; one with a double bed, the other with two bunk beds. Wind-protected seating area by the fireplace. In the carport, you will find a spacious storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and large freezer, where you can easily store supplies for your adventures. Not available for rental to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
