Spacious holiday home from 2009, covering 225 m², located on the outskirts of a large holiday home area in Marielyst, approximately 1000 meters from one of Denmark's best child-friendly beaches. The holiday home features a spa/sauna, an activity room, and an indoor pool. The house was partially renovated in 2019. The holiday accommodation is situated on a 2258 m² nature plot, providing plenty of space for play and games. It is 1000 m to the sea, and the nearest store is 600 m away. The property includes a terrace area of 74 m², as well as a 56 m² covered terrace, a swing, a sandpit, a play tower, and a grill. The indoor swimming pool offers opportunities for play and cozy gatherings. The pool measures up to 3.7 m in width, 5.9 m in length, and has a depth of up to 1.2 m. The water temperature ranges from 24 to 28°C. In the activity room, you will find the following equipment: billiards, table tennis, darts, table football, and a refrigerator, providing plenty of entertainment for children and the young at heart. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements as follows: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 rooms with single beds, and 3 single beds in each of the house's two lofts. Additionally, there is 1 cot. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, induction stove, separate oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a freezer with a capacity of 60-99 liters. The holiday home has three bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink. It also includes a washing machine, dryer, and 2 high chairs. The accommodation features 4 TVs, a DVD player, radio, stereo system, and CD player, with at least 4 Danish channels and at least 4 German channels available. Wireless internet is provided. Pets are not allowed. Not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
