5 person holiday home in BORGHOLM

Cozy house with attached guest cottage in Norra Gärdslösa on Öland's east coast. Here you live close to nature and the sea with a large garden. There is a nice terrace with outdoor furniture where you can socialize and have a good time. The large house has a fresh kitchen and a nice living room. Upstairs you have a sleeping loft with a single bed on either side of the house. There is also a cute outbuilding with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed that can be made into a bed. Bathroom with wc, sink and shower. Not for rent to youth groups or for parties Charging of electric cars is not permitted Smoking is not permitted Here you can walk down to the sea where there is a fine sandy beach where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Prästgården in Gärdslösa is today a well-stocked antique shop with a nice cafe that offers coffee and home baked goods. In the past, the parsonage was Johan Stagnelius' childhood home. There is much to discover on Öland. There are so many beautiful places as well as a variety of farm shops, galleries, cafes, flea markets and culture to experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
