Located in the peaceful village of Pinezići near Marčana in Istria, this modern holiday home provides an ideal space for relaxation and escape to nature. The house offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an open living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room there is access to a beautifully landscaped garden with a private pool, perfect for enjoying sunny days. Private parking inside the yard, terrace, barbecue and free Wi-Fi are at guests' disposal. The nearest shops and restaurants are located in nearby Vodnjan, and the sea is only 15 kilometers away.
