Cet appartement a trop de « petits » défauts : une télévision trop petite, les 4 chaises du salon sont sales, fragiles et bancales (on a rentré les chaises extérieure, moins confortables mais plus stables), la hotte HS, la vmc salle de bain HS, piles télécommandes HS, pas de pinces a linges, étendoir limite propre, rideaux extérieur difficile à soulever. Équipement cuisine : les placards sont rempli d’ustensiles inutiles, trop d’assiettes (une cinquantaine ?), trop de verres dépareillés .La déco : inexistante, une moitié de rideaux, aucun jeux, pas de lecture, même pas une salière... Bonne literie (en 160) Sinon belle résidence très propre, bien situé, place de parking sous terrain appréciable.
