Set on 12,000 m² of private land with 6,000 m² of landscaped gardens, a heated pool, an impressive pool bar, and expansive terraces with stunning valley and sea views, this villa offers complete tranquillity.

Recently renovated throughout - from the kitchen and living areas to all bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces - the villa comfortably sleeps 12 adults in 6 king-size bedrooms, with 2 extra single beds and 3 cots available on request. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining area feature remote-controlled air conditioning, and the master bedroom includes an open bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.

The beautifully maintained gardens include lawns, palm and olive trees, oleander, and a variety of Portuguese plants, all irrigated and illuminated at night with solar-powered lighting.

All guests must pay a fee of twenty-five euros for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in

- Lost Key & Lockout Policy
A 50 eur fee if the key is not returned
A 80 eur fee if the key is lost during your stay
Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required

Please take all trash with you at check-out — leaving rubbish at the property may result in a penalty.
Pool maintenance is carried out every Thursday.
Environmental Impact: We are committed to reducing this impact by using a heat pump to lower electricity consumption, relying as much as possible on solar lighting, and encouraging responsible energy use by charging guests for the electricity they consume plus an additional €10 per night to cover heating and related energy costs.
To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.
