Hi Heidi, this is Moses and as you know I work together with Melissa. I want to start by saying that in the 8 years that we do rentals we have always been responsive and great at problemsolving. Now specifically to your stay I want to mention the following: From the first day, since you arrived I went there to call the cable company and find out what the issue with the internet was. Due to a problem in credit card the internet was on hold. That was solved on the call and I also set up the netflix for you in the living room and in the bedroom. You then called me up at 10pm on a sunday night and I went to fix that you pressed a button and misconfigured the TV. That shows that you have issues with tech and that's understandable from us, so we helped you fix the issue you created it. Regarding the dryer, we had a technician check the dryer at the same day you reported to us and he adjusted the issue, and we also offered a different dryer at another apartment that we manage, which you never answered to my message, most likely because you never actually read it. Lastly, the hole that you mention in the towel is for normal wear and tear of towels and sheets. There were many other towels available to you at the apartment and that was not the only one. Another note I want to mention is that the towels at the apartment had no holes before you arrived, which could have happened during your stay and use of the unit. Given these facts we would definitely not host you again. Hope the best for you and future endeavors!
