One-Bedroom Apartment with Private Bathroom -close by the Center of Amsterdam
My accommodation is a traditional Bed & Breakfast located within my private home, which is fully compliant with the local definition of a B&B. The accommodation offered consists of a private guest room with its own private entrance, private bathroom, and private toilet. All of these features are clearly described in the listing. However, I have noticed that some guests, particularly those travelling internationally and staying for only a short period, arrive expecting an entire apartment or hotel-style accommodation. As a result, they are sometimes surprised that the property is part of an owner-occupied home and that facilities such as a private kitchen are not included. I would like to emphasize that: The listing clearly states that guests are booking a private room, not an entire property. The listing clearly indicates which facilities are included and which are not. No kitchen access is offered or advertised. The accommodation has a private street entrance, allowing guests to enter and leave independently. The guest area has a locked connecting door to my private residence. This door remains closed and serves only as part of the home's layout. Guests cannot access my private living area, and I fully respect their privacy. The accommodation is located in De Pijp, one of Amsterdam's most vibrant and well-known residential neighbourhoods, where guests experience local Amsterdam life rather than a hotel environment. Unfortunately, some complaints appear to stem not from any inaccuracy in the listing, but from guests not fully understanding the nature of a Bed & Breakfast before booking. This creates unnecessary dissatisfaction for can provide in ensuring that guests clearly understand they are booking a private room within a host's home rather than an entire apartment. Better alignment of guest expectations before arrival would help prevent misunderstandings and improve the experience for everyone involved.

Excellent, just need to connect with the owner on arrival to get the key. Just of Tram line 4, easy to get into central and just a couple blocks to some great local places to eat or rent bikes, also close to the market and museums
Perfectly located to get around the city easily. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk. Only blocks from trams and so many restaurants and shops. The check in process was easy, the host was very welcoming and the space very organized, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a single traveler or a couple.
This is my third time staying with Nathalie. She is the perfect host. The room is quiet, clean and a great location. Perfect for solo travelers. I will stay again.
Great for the purpose I needed it for.Host was excellent.Location was great.Brought back a lot of memories. Will come back to this location next time in the Netherlands.
Nathalie's B&B was perfect for solo traveler visiting Amsterdam for the first time. She provided excellent directions via train from airport to the place. She allowed me to check in early since I arrived in the morning from the US. She was very easy to communicate with and left me little treats in my room! I was able to rent a bike from a gentleman right across the street per her recommendation which worked out perfectly. De Pijp was a great little neighborhood an the tram was only 2 blocks away. Would highly recommend staying with Nathalie :)
Beautiful, calm place to stay... the perfect location to get away and celebrate. Our host Nathalie was so kind and accommodating especially with our very late arrival!
It was easy to get around from this room, and Nathalie was so nice and accommodating! The room was clean and had a lot of old history. The beds were comfortable as well. I would recommend this place and Nathalie to anyone!
I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The host was very courteous and kept the property tidy during the visit. If I return to Amsterdam, I would gladly stay at this location again.
Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Location is central to tram stop for easy access to activities.

Good enough for the price. Very noisy, bring your earplugs. Would have been nice to have a toaster at the property. Definitely not a B & B, no breakfast.
Lovely accommodation in a beautiful part of Amsterdam
A gorgeous place to stay close to the centre of Amsterdam. Everything you need for a city break. Comfortable bed and good facilities. Nathalie was a friendly host and made me feel welcome. Would stay here again.
