Villa is just like a description.

Villa is just like a description. The accommodation is a very high standard with beautiful pool area which was just what was needed for a totally relaxing holiday. It was a great base to explore Dalyan. We took a boat to get to the beach which was really fun. The locals are kind and helpful. Such a great experience!

Villa lovely, exactly as photos, communication with owner could be better. Kitchen well equipped, needs sharper knives as couldn’t cut bread with ones provided! A small welcome pack would be ideal especially if arriving late as not even a toilet roll provided.Only 6 sunbeds despite asking for 2 more as 8 in our party and Villa accomodates 8. No supermarket or restaurant within walking distance although easy to get taxi to and from Villa.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Villa war leider enttäuschend. Schon beim Check-in gab es Probleme: Obwohl wir erst ab 16 Uhr hinein durften, weil angeblich bis mittags noch 6 Stunden geputzt wurde, war die Sauberkeit katastrophal. Handtücher waren schmutzig, Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber, wir mussten erst abwaschen. Vermieter/Personal war telefonisch erreichbar, ließ sich aber weder beim Check-in noch beim Check-out blicken. Die Ausstattung war mangelhaft: Einige Badezimmer defekt (Lampen, Duschköpfe, Spülung nur einmal täglich), die Poolreinigung erfolgte nur am ersten Tag, danach trotz Hinweis nicht mehr, zeitweise lief die Umwälzung gar nicht. Internet extrem schwach, für TV nicht nutzbar, in einer Villa für 8 Personen unzumutbar. Fernbedienung mit leeren Batterien, defekter Abzieher – wir kauften selbst Ersatz. Die letzten zwei Tage waren besonders schlimm: 6–7 Stunden Strom- und Wasserausfall, teilweise komplett ohne Netz. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Auch die Lage war irreführend: Laut Karte sollte ein Supermarkt in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar sein, tatsächlich mussten wir rund 10 km in die nächste Stadt fahren. Die Gegend besteht aktuell nur aus einigen Neubau-Villen, nachts gab es extrem viele Mücken und Insekten – hier wäre eine Schädlingsbekämpfung dringend nötig. Fazit: Für den verlangten Preis in keinem Fall empfehlenswert.
