The lack of communication from the owner was a serious issue. When we had to ask repeatedly for check in details and questions about the property no response for at least a couple hours. There is water damage in the room, the door to the wash room does not close and would get stuck. The couch was filthy and damaged. The shower was leaking and had low water pressure. The longer we stayed the worse the smell from the wash room got, to the point we had to place a towel under the door. The shower door was also broken. The walls are paper thin so we were kept up all night long by neighbors who were yelling and slamming doors. Do not recommend this property at all. Plenty of other stays in London that would be better
