The villa offers a unique and relaxing holiday experience, perfect for families and groups of friends. Located in Torri del Benaco, it enjoys a privileged position with a stunning panoramic view.



Access to the property is via a private electric gate that leads to the parking area for 2 cars.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining table that leads to the balcony with a wide view of the lake and the town of Torri del Benaco and its Medieval Castle.

On this floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bedrooms overlook the lake and two overlook the garden at the back of the villa. On this floor, there is a full bathroom with a large shower. A second bathroom with a large bathtub is located on the external staircase of the house between the first and ground floors.



The fully equipped American kitchen includes appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, allowing you to prepare meals for the whole family or group of friends.



On the ground floor, there is a large room with a dining table for 12 people and another equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. On this floor, there are two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.

On the terrace with a great view of the lake, there is the dining table and the BBQ, and the small pool with a wide view of the lake and a sunbathing area. The property has a garden with terraces where you can relax or sunbathe.
