Its like you step out of the city and are relaxing in the mountains! It newly renovated, beautiful quaint farmhouse feel has thinking you are vacationing somewhere else. Close to Troon, shopping, gorgeous golf, hiking trails, and the freeways. This property is a one of a kind, must see! Close to golfing, town of Carefree and Desert Ridge, all that North Scottsdale has to offer. Super close to the Mayo Clinic yet your own comfortable home. This property has quail running at all times of the day and night as well as many other wonderful desert animals.

This is an old farmhouse in a relatively secluded location right in the middle of North Scottsdale. It is clean and comfortable. It's charmingly decorated in an old West style with some vintage items. You will see and hear wildlife. Checking in and out went smoothly. I had an enjoyable stay.

If you’re looking for a private desert getaway with all the conveniences of an affluent neighborhood less than 10 minutes away, look no further: the Farmhouse is your place! This is our 3rd time staying here, and as before, we had a wonderful time. The house is clean and well-maintained, decorated with lots of character. The appliances were in top working condition, especially the air conditioner. The owner, Darcy, and her team were attentive and caring. We’re always sad to leave, yet excited to return again. Highly recommend you stay here!

Amazing Getaway

We loved this location, it was so private and quiet. We also got to see some local wildlife like coyotes, pigs and birds. Also the house was decorated so cute and western. We would definitely stay here again.

Great break away from everything

This was a really great stay in a unique property. It is out by itself down a dirt road with NO traffic and very peaceful, but has everything you need very close. The house has everything and is very comfortable. Perfect get away for some rest and good desert views.

2.2 acres of Heaven. Its in beautiful North Scottsdale and just spoke to us. We wanted to renovate this beautiful piece of land, views and make it available for others to share with us.
