Building is located on a lovely tree lined street close to restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms and more. The community of Sunnyside is close to Long Island City, Astoria, Jackson Heights as well as Laguardia & JFK Airports and the Long Island Railroad. NO SMOKING! SORRY NO PETS!

This bright, fully equipped, furnished 2 BR/1 BA apartment features a large master bedroom with a queen size bed. The second bedroom is small and has a double bed. Great apt, location and confort

JoAnn’s apt is excellent, all photos are true, the location is great, 2 blocks from the subway. Rooms beds and everything else in perfect condition. We had a great stay and I hope we can do it again in the future . It was easy to communicate with JoAnn, check in and out without any problem.

Sunnyside up

Great large apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator for luggage and those with bad knees. The neighborhood is very walkable with a park, restaurants and grocers nearby.

Spacious apartment in a quiet convenient neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at JoAnn's so much! My friend and I both worked from home and found the wifi to be fast and the home to have enough places to work that we were able to spread out. The location is very convenient to the subway and there is a cute farmers market on Saturdays a block away! For New York, this apartment is incredibly spacious and can comfortably host 2-3 people. It was very well cleaned and had all the comforts we needed for our month-long stay. Hosts were very responsive and checked in on our comfort frequently. Downsides were very minor--some street noise with a park nearby and no self-check-in. However, we would absolutely stay again at JoAnn's if we visit New York again. Five stars.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Joanne's place! We lived here for 3 months and it was better than we could of expected. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The apartment is way bigger than it seems in the picture and we all had our own space. The location is perfect. The subway is so close and Times Square is only about 20 min away. And sunnyside is so nice, quiet, and safe. If you are thinking of staying in New York stay here!!!! We loved it!

Beautiful apartment in terrific area!!!

My boyfriend and I found this apartment by chance and am glad that we decided to book our short-term stay at JoAnn’s place. Not only was the apartment well-kept and beautifully furnished, but JoAnn was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s two blocks to walk to the closest train station. It is a quick 30 minute train ride to Manhattan (on a slow day), but if you catch the trains just right you can get to central park within 15 minutes. There is an enormous number of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance making everything very convenient. I can’t say enough good things about this place. JoAnn also made sure to check in with us ever once in a while to make sure everything was going well and made herself available to us when we had questions. I would highly reccommend this apartment to future guests.
