About this property
Superb oceanfront villa, walking distance to the beach and stores of Jan Thiel!
Enjoy unobstructed sea views in this luxurious modern villa within walking distance of bustling Jan Thiel, with its beach and shops. The 6 spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower. A fully equipped gym is at your disposal in the villa, but you can of course also choose to play a game of beach volleyball or beach tennis on the illuminated court in the backyard.
For stays longer than 7 days, we require an intermediate cleaning (including fresh towels and bed linen) for a fee of 150 euros.
The base rate applies to 4 bedrooms; the 5th and 6th bedrooms are available at an additional daily rate.
Water consumption is included in the rental price. Additionally, 15 kW of electricity per bedroom is included daily. With normal use, you will stay well within this limit. Excess consumption is possible at a rate of €0.60 per kW.
