The hot water did not work. It was a hassle to return the keys. Not much to do in the area. It is right behind a public school - very noisy.

Estimada El calentador de agua sí funciona. Como le explicamos al momento de su check out, no les funcionaba porque ustedes no lo encendieron. En las normas de la casa, disponible en el apartamento, se indica a nuestros huéspedes cómo deben encenderlo una vez hacen el check in. Además, en todo momento tenían nuestro contacto, si no sabían encenderlo solo debían informanos para brindarles asistencia, pero nunca nos solicitaron asistencia. Respecto a las llaves, se siguió el protocolo establecido en las normas. Nuestro personal recibe las llaves de los huéspedes personalmente, previa coordinación con los huéspedes, antes de la hora del check out. El entorno, la gran ventaja de nuestro alojamiento es la cercanía con el aeropuerto y autovías que van a las zonas de playa. Es un residencial tranquilo y familiar, en un barrio sencillo, tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Tenemos un centro educativo que solo durante el día proporciona la alegría que dan los niños. Y garantiza la tranquilidad por las tardes/noches al estar cerrado. Agradecemos su valoración y esperamos en haya disfrutado de su estancia en nuestro hermoso país.

The place had only one A/C unit for the entire property, which was not sufficient. There was also no TV in the living room. None of the closets had hangers, which was inconvenient for storing clothes. Lastly, the dining room chairs were plastic and very uncomfortable.Given these issues, I would recommend considering other rental options before choosing this property.

Agradecemos tus comentarios, aunque nos sorprende tu reseña. En nuestro anuncio se detalla con total transparencia que tanto la televisión como el aire acondicionado se encuentran en la habitación principal, por lo que el equipamiento se correspondía exactamente con lo anunciado. Por nuestra parte, lamentamos profundamente el estado en el que dejasteis la vivienda, acumulando una gran cantidad de basura dentro del apartamento y dejando las llaves tiradas fuera del alojamiento y en un apartamento que no era el nuestro. Dejaron las llaves en la puerta del A4, cuando el nuestro es el A3 lo cual supuso un grave riesgo para la seguridad de la propiedad y un incumplimiento de las normas. Esperamos que en vuestros próximos viajes mostréis un mayor respeto por las normas de la casa y el cuidado de los alojamientos. Bendiciones
