A stylish old school house conversion on the outskirts of the pretty historical village of Pagham, a popular family holiday destination. This property is close to local shops and 4 country pubs serving great food with live music most weekends! It is also in close proximity to Pagham beach and the beautiful nature reserve for those that like to bird watch. The Cathedral city of Chichester is 5 miles away and easy to reach via bus, the bus stops are right by the house! The School House is the perfect location to stay should you be visiting a Goodwood event. This property is only 30 minutes for Portsmouth, its historic shipyard and Gunwharf shopping outlet on the waterfront and only 45 minutes from Brighton, with it's great shops, bars and restaurants.
