Cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Kitchen/diner. Utility with washing machine. Separate sitting room with woodburning stove. Air Source central heating with underfloor heating and radiators.
Electric oven with air fryer, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. 2 x Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgates and high chair available on request.
