Two bedrooms: 1 x family room with super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), single, TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, 1 x double brass bed with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Kitchen/diner. Utility with washing machine. Separate sitting room with woodburning stove. Air Source central heating with underfloor heating and radiators.
Electric oven with air fryer, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. 2 x Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgates and high chair available on request. Shared off-road parking for 2 cars with EV charger. Enclosed front patio, gravel, furniture, enclosed rear patio and furniture. Secure storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Community shop 3 miles. Pubs x 2, one serving evening meals 2.3 miles and another 3 miles- owned by the community. Note: There are steps to the property, please take care. Please note: Only weekly bookings are accepted with a changeover on a Saturday.

Boasting Lakes Brenig and Alwen within a few miles, this peaceful village offers superb walking, cycling and wildlife watching opportunities amidst the surrounding countryside. The popular tourist towns of Betws-y-Coed and Bala are both within easy driving distance offering a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, along with a host of outdoor activities, including rafting and climbing to name just two. A wonderful holiday location offering something for all the family.
