Lavender Cottage in Louth, Lincolnshire sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Lavender Cottage consists of a kitchen with breakfast bar seating two, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, a utility with tumble dryer and fridge/freezer, a living/dining room with dining seating for four, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, there is a shared enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, front garden with lawn and a free car park located opposite the cottage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles. Enjoy a splendid retreat at Lavender Cottage. Note: Please ensure that the rear gate is kept bolted when going into and out of the back garden. Note: Please keep dogs on a lead when in the shared rear garden area. Note: Please pick up and dispose of any dog waste in the appropriate bin if you bring your dog.
