My family and I (myself, my parents, aunt, and cousin) stayed here for 3 nights, The place was spotless and exactly like the photos, Getting in was a breeze once we located the front door, The inner courtyard was tranquil and felt secure, We had the pleasure of meeting some friendly neighbors, We prepared meals in the kitchen daily, and everything functioned perfectly, The beds were exceptionally cozy, and the water pressure was fantastic, There were plenty of seats in the main area for everyone, A couple of things to note for future guests: one of the bedroom bathrooms is fully open to the bedroom (so if you value bathroom privacy, avoid that room), and two bedrooms have windows facing the main living area,

We spent 8 days at Joffrey's beautiful new flat in the Marais district and we were the first guests, I would give it a 6-star rating if CheckMyGuest had one, Location - just 3 minutes from Saint Paul station, There are many buses available right in front of the house, The Marais district is within walking distance, offering a great mix of local and touristy vibes, The house has 3 real bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own bathroom, No sofa beds or futons here, The kitchen is spacious, with a dining table for 6 people and cozy living areas, Communication with Joffrey and the team was prompt and hands-on, They were attentive without being intrusive, Overall, I highly recommend this place for groups of 6 or families, The area is safe, lively yet peaceful at night, I really appreciate Joffrey's hospitality and hope future guests have the same wonderful experience,
