Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt 3 Minuten von der Metrolinie 7 sowie gute 15 min von der Metrolinie 14 (neu, Aufzug) entfernt. Ins Zentrum gelangt man in rund 30 min. In der Ungebung befinden sich einige Restaurants, CafĂ©s und LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte. Der Check-in klappte gut und einfach. Aber: Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Souterrain, hat wenig Fenster und riecht daher leider sehr muffig und modrig. Insbesondere das innenliegende Schlafzimmer war unangenehm. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort. Die Wohnung können wir fĂŒr eine Familie nicht wirklich empfehlen. KĂŒche, Badezimmer und die weitere Einrichtung sind zufriedenstellend gewesen. Insgesamt wĂŒrden wir die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen.

Irrespirable !!

PremiĂšre dĂ©convenue, la machine Ă  laver est notifiĂ©e hors service depuis avril soit deux mois avant mon arrivĂ©e, alors que sur le site rien de signalĂ©. Le propriĂ©taire contactĂ© sur le champ s'est simplement excusĂ© du dĂ©sagrĂ©ment sans aucune solution. Le logement Ă©tant en sous-sol, ancienne cave, il y a de fortes odeurs de renfermĂ© qui s'attenuent Ă  peine en laissant ouvertes les deux petites fenĂȘtres. En plus, de temps en temps, il y a des odeurs de remontĂ©es d'Ă©gout dans la salle de bain et la cuisine.Les photos sont conformes au logement mais on ne se rend pas compte qu'il n'y a que deux petites ouvertures ce qui fait qu'on respire des odeurs de moisissures ( nez qui pique, vĂȘtements qui au bout de 6 jours sentent le moisi...). Le logement ne donne aucune envie de rester Ă  l'intĂ©rieur pour se reposer.Logement que je dĂ©conseille, Ă  Ă©viter !!
