We loved every moment in Venice, the B&B was the cherry on top. Breakfast in the mornings on the terrace was excellent. Antonella was a wonderful hostess. We would definitely recommend!

Antonella’s place exceeded our expectations with a beautiful terrace view for breakfast and a comfortable room with A/C. We were within 10-15 minutes walking distance to most everything and enjoyed exploring the city for the two days we stayed. Would definitely come back.

What a wonderful stay in Venice! Antonella and family were lovely hosts! The B&B is located in a perfect area of Venice, right over a little piazza with the best pizza restaurant in it. The breakfast served was the perfect way to start each day. Thank you for all the hard work!

Absolutely would recommend staying at this lovely B&B for a short stay in Venice! Communication before and during our stay with Antonella was clear and her kindness was so appreciated. The convenient breakfast offered included espresso or cappuccino, cake, hard boiled eggs, bread, fresh strawberries, etc.The room was small but everything we needed- be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs! Sharing the two bathrooms was a non-issue with the other kind guests. Location is great, too! Walking distance from the train station and easy enough to get anywhere else in Venice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. This B&B was the most affordable accommodation to be found in Venice and the quality was 10/10. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A 40th in Venice

It was a very homely stay with the wonderful Antonella being there from the minute we arrived and every morning to serve us breakfast. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and quiet and close to one of the main ferry stops. We absolutely loved our time there.

The place is up several flights of stairs. At night it is pitch black. Be sure to have a flashlight. It is a shared bathroom situation. And I could not get the gate key to work so I was stuck outside trying to get ahold of someone. I moved places after that. Very scary to be locked up in a strange place in the dark

Antonella was a remarkable host! We enjoyed meeting her and hearing about her grandmother and the paintings on the walls. It was a welcoming start to our first visit to Venice. The breakfast was delicious.

Wow. Just wow. You will not be disappointed in the bed, cold AC for sleeping after a hot summer day walk, location is perfect, the view is unmatched, and the breakfast was fantastic. Quiet street and close to it all. We are seasoned travelers and this was top 3 of all the places we’ve ever stayed. Book it and relax you’ve made a wise decision.

Clean and friendly host. The stairs are killer. We found all beds in Italy uncomfortable and hot water unreliable all over and no different here. Two bathrooms for 4 rooms was a little uncomfortable. Noise from the restaurant downstairs lasts until late. Not a bad place, maybe we just aren't B&B people.

Quaint B&B in Venice

Delightful place to stay to get an authentic feel for life in Venice. Having breakfast on the terrace was a a real treat. A great way to start your day. Hostess was thoughtful and attentive in spite of the fact that we speak different languages. I was surprised with the bathroom sharing. I wasn’t expecting this, though it worked out fine. The steps were very challenging with luggage. It would have been helpful to know ahead. Having some common space outside our bedroom was nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much!
