Stone villa with private pool and attached studios
This is one of two newly built stone villas with private pools. Each villa has a traditional architecture with two sedately apartments each, with a swimming pool each.
The villas are located in an olive grove of 5 acres with sunny green gardens and beautiful sea and mountain views, just 200 meters in a straight line from the sea and the beach of Marathi.
This villa can accommodate up to 13 people in 2 Double beds, 6 Single beds and 2 Semi-double beds.
The villa has two floors with two SEPARATE entrance doors and two studios attached to it*:
The ground floor has a separate entrance and has two bedrooms (one room with a double bed & the other room with two single beds).
The first floor has a separate entrance with two bedrooms also (one room with a double bed & the other room has a semi-double bed and one single bed).
Attached to the villa you will find two small studios, that are basically together with this villa. One studio has one single bed & one semi-double bed and the other studio has two single beds.
*The villa is always rented as a whole with the studios
