We thank the guest for the comment. We naturally accept all opinions, as it should be, however we believe that this review is highly disproportionate to what actually occurred. It is true that upon arrival there were a few minor issues, however all of them were resolved once we were allowed access to the apartment. We would like to point out that we offered several times to intervene promptly, but access was repeatedly denied, making it impossible to resolve some matters immediately. Regarding the fabric of the outdoor sofa cushions, as already explained privately, we are in the process of replacing it. Unfortunately, this material must arrive from mainland Spain and delivery times to the islands are not always fast and can sometimes take several weeks or even months. In any case, the outdoor seating area was still usable. As for the pool, we can take responsibility for the bathroom being temporarily closed, however the pool itself was fully operational as advertised. Concerning some damaged sunbeds, we have already reported the issue to the owners’ community, as these elements do not directly depend on our management. In summary, we do not believe that a rating of 1 accurately reflects the overall experience, especially considering that the stay lasted more than one month.
