Fantastic location opposite the Tube. Friendly staff. Room was small but clean and adequate for our needs. Not luxury but great value for money.Please note there are lots of stairs and no lift.Would stay again.

The meet and greet was very poor, the accomadation is accessed via an alleyway at the back of shops, it was dark and if you are on your own as a women then would be a bit scary. WiFi code was wrong, I had to correct them from a picture they sent me, 1 knife, no button for toilet to flush, no plug for sink, dirty toothbrush holder in bathroom, wall lamp grubby and beds are really small, lots of stairs so not suitable for people with some disabilities, no lift, No communication before arrival as in a few days before, Great location though and the young man on reception was very sweet when I arrived, I would stay away, this is no way luxury as advertised at all! Would not recommend

Laut, Wasserschaden in der Wohnung, kein Geschirrtuch, wenig Toilettenpapier, aber gute Lage

Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden in der gesamten Wohnung. Laut den Wasserflecken an den Decken besteht dieser auch schon länger. Uns wurde kein alternatives Zimmer oder Preisnachlass gegeben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Küche, aber alle Küchenmesser waren total stumpf und es gab auch nur 2 Gabeln und 1 Messer. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Der Temperaturregler in der Dusche war defekt. Dusche war extrem klein.
