The location was incredible! And it was easy to find and easy to get in. But communication before our stay was really frustrating (we needed to change dates), and the apartment itself appeared to be new paint and flooring on top of old, rotten surfaces. There were multiple fixtures leaking and the smell in the bathroom indicated they had been for a long time. But the location sure was nice.

Incredibly disappointed - I have reached out to the hosts but I have received no response now I have paid and left. Poor descriptions and NOT value for money. Issues!: 1. Finding a Scorpion in the apartment 2. Earwigs in the cutlery drawer 3. The toilet drainage smells dreadful all the time. 4. The apartment smells of mould and damp that has impacted my asthma. Damp is visible on the walls throughout the apartment. 5. The bedside power socket crackles when you use it making it unsafe and unusable. 6. The bedside lights do not work as there is no power cable to either of them. 7. There is no bin to put rubbish in 8. Trying to contact by What's App is pointless as it does not connect to a human. 9. Issues when checking in as the wrong key was given. The apartment itself is not clearly identifiable so I ended up trying various doors when the key wouldn't work - I did not feel comfortable doing this. 10. Pre-check in was dreadful as the link didn't work so I spent ages chasing the check in process and details

Le logement bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les Cinque Terre. La climatisation est également un vrai point positif et a été très appréciée pendant notre séjour.En revanche, notre expérience a été mitigée. Nous avons trouvé que les finitions du logement pouvaient être améliorées et que certains équipements nous ont manqué par rapport à ce que nous avions compris en lisant l’annonce, ce qui a rendu le logement moins pratique que prévu.Nous avons également ressenti une forte humidité dans le logement, ce qui s’est accompagné de la présence de nombreux moustiques durant notre séjour. Enfin, certains aspects du logement ne correspondaient pas à nos attentes au regard de la description de l’annonce.Pour un court séjour de quelques jours, le logement reste une option intéressante grâce à son emplacement, qui constitue son principal atout. En revanche, quelques améliorations concernant les équipements, les finitions et le confort général permettraient d’offrir une expérience davantage conforme aux attentes.
