Maneri Villa is a charming part of the 3-villa Hacienda Cresta Complex. The building is easily identified by its distinctive green roof. Nestled on a developing 18-acre coconut and fruit plantation, this tranquil retreat combines nature and comfort, making it an ideal escape for families and friends.


Villa Design

Maneri Villa is a single house that can be conveniently split into upstairs and downstairs independent apartments. These can be easily joined together into one spacious home through an internal staircase, making it ideal for larger groups or families seeking both privacy and connection. Additionally, there is a separate external staircase providing independent access to the second floor, offering flexibility and privacy for guests.
The First floor apartment has two bedrooms: one with a king sized bed and ensuite, and another with two double beds. An additional bathroom, a cozy living room, and a separate kitchen.

The First floor features direct access to the garden and swimming pool, offering the perfect setting for enjoying breakfast in the morning and sunsets in the evening.


Prime Location

Just a 5-minute walk from the local fisherman beach, the villa offers stunning sunset views over the Indian Ocean. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery on the expansive 18-acre developing fruit farm, complete with cattle, chickens, goats, a small spice garden, a vegetable patch, friendly cats and 5 watch dogs (the dogs are not free roaming). A picturesque stream runs adjacent to the complex, enhancing peaceful atmosphere.


Swimming Pool

Relax and unwind in the 8x4m attached swimming pool, which lights up beautifully at night. Perfect for family fun and soaking up the sun. This secluded pool is exclusively available to guests of Maneri Villa only. Poolside amenities include an outdoor shower, a couple swing, hammock, coffee tables, and sun loungers.


Sustainable and Self-Sufficient Living

The site operates primarily off-grid, generating its own solar electricity and managing water drainage and sewage independently, offering an eco-friendly and sustainable stay. Separate bins are provided for organic and plastic waste, both of which are recycled responsibly.


Convenient Dining Options

You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and the villa is stocked with basic essentials including fresh milk, eggs, spices, sugar, salt, tea, coffee, and more. Other options include local takeaway meals, and groceries are also deliverable.

* Outdoor sheltered Pizza oven and brick BBQ. Private for the residents of Maneri Villa only. A portable BBQ for beach trips is also available. We can obtain ingredients and facilitate for a nominal fee.
* We also provide airport transport arrangements to make your journey seamless and convenient.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the villa operates on 95% renewable energy and features enhanced natural ventilation. Therefore use of the ACs are often not necessary. ACs are powered by mains electricity.
