Classic and charming cottage near the coast Welcome to this cozy, classic cottage located in the quiet area of ​​Klitgårds Fiskerleje - ideal for those looking for relaxation close to nature and water. The house was originally built in 1966, but renovated in 2023, making it a wonderful combination of classic cottage atmosphere and modern comfort. The cottage has: • 2 bedrooms with double beds (note: without doors) • Living room with cozy wood-burning stove and double bed • Kitchen with all necessary facilities: electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher • 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and sink The house is equipped with an air/air heat pump and electric heating, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate and lower energy consumption. The house is located on a 1650 m² natural plot with trees in a quiet cottage area - perfect for outdoor living and playing. With only 670 meters to coastal fishing, and a short distance to both shopping (5.5 km) and restaurants (5.7 km), you have everything you need within reach.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
