Beautiful House. Very quiet, cozy, peaceful, respectful classy neighborhood so all guests are expected to do their part in maintaining this environment. I can not stress this enough. This is not a party site.

Please view ALL photos. It will really show you exactly how the house is and what you can expect. I take great pride in keeping the home Pristine Clean. I want you to have a great place to stay.

Spacious Living Room with a very large Chocolate Brown Sectional with Power recliners. 52" TV with Roku, DIRECT TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Sliding Glass door leading to the Backyard. Ceiling Fan. Carpeted. See Pictures.

Dining Area. Higher Table with 4 padded chairs to seat 4 people. The center of the table has a disc which will rotate 360 degrees. Just a nice feature if needed. There is also an island in the kitchen which can seat an additional 2 people.

The Kitchen is very roomy and is fully stocked Kitchen. Feel free to cook if you wish and use any and all cookware. Gas Stove. Utensils galore. Gadgets galore. Refrigerator and Freezer for your use. Just please clean up after yourselves. Garbage Disposal.

3 Bedrooms (one with a King Size Bed, one with a Queen Size Bed and the 3rd with a Queen. Master Bedroom has its own TV. All Bedrooms are carpeted. All bedrooms will provide a very inviting, cozy, comfortable atmosphere.

Two (2) Full Bathrooms (one with a Tub/Shower and the other with a large standup shower). The One Bathrooms is located in the Master Bedroom and the other Bathroom is located in the hallway. Fresh Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash.

Other features include Central Air, Laundry Room with Iron and Ironing Board, Blow Dryer and yes, even a curling iron.

The 2 car garage is not for guest use unless prior notification and approval is obtained.

Very conveniently located. CLE Airport is only 5 minutes away. Downtown Cleveland is 15 minutes away. Major Highways 1/2 mile away.

Shopping, Restaurants, Sports Bars, entertainment - all within 1-4 miles.

House Manual available which will point out Emergency Contact Numbers, Local Shopping, Gas Stations, Drug Stores, Malls, Local places to eat, Pizza places, Take-out Food, Breakfast Restaurants, Fine Dining Restaurants, Sports Bars, Drinking establishments,

E M P H A S I S: Very QUIET, pristine CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, PEACEFUL, CLASSY environment. NOT a party site, so don't even bring it.

This is my actual home. I will always have access to the house. I live there, however, I vacate when guests book the Entire house. The only exception is the garage. I will always maintain 100% access and utilize the garage and outside yard area, but I am away from the house for the most part. I will not intrude on you nor enter the inside of the home while you are staying there. I am all about respect. I will give you 100% respect and privacy, however, if I feel there is an absolute need to check on my home, I will do so.

I take great pride and I strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Communication is key. Let's openly discuss any issues and you will quickly see my intentions will be to accommodate you and your guests. It all boils down to common sense mutual respect.

Reunion trip

The location was pretty convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. I was under the impression it was a VRBO listing was told it was an Airbnb listing. The house had everything you could need but was a little put off by the owner being a tour guide for the house.

The location was actually perfect for us, but the home was not as expected. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, but walls, carpets, kitchen and furniture need some TLC. Well appointed - we had everything we needed.

Overview

The house is in a modest neighborhood subdivision across from a city park including a recreation center, public library and a public swimming pool. Also the National Guard Armory is there. Access to I-71 is close and easy to get to. It is about a 30 minute drive to down town Cleveland and many sights. We rode on the Goodtime III ship for a two hour tour of the Cleveland waterfront. We visited Edgewater beach downtown Cleveland. A great place to swim in fresh water Lake Erie.

Everything you need!

Mark was great to work with. Great communication from the time of booking, until after departure. The house felt clean and comfortable. This is a little different than other rentals we have used. Mark uses (resides) in the house also (when not rented). The house has his personal belongings. That being said, the house is stocked with everything you would possibly need! We cooked in a lot. The kitchen has every amenity possible. You need seasoning? There is a huge selection! Need a spoon of olive oil? Got it covered! It made preparing meals a breeze. No need to buy every little item needed to prepare a meal, and then have to haul it all back home (or, it will get thrown away). All the furniture was very comfortable and allowed plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. Beds were all very comfortable. Though I do not go to Cleveland routinely, I would definitely stay here again! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Mark for sharing you home!

Grandma Vacation

Took our 4 granddaughters on our annual summer vacation. We found this house to be central of all the items we wanted to do in the Cleveland area and Cedar Point was just a short drive away. All the comforts of home were available to our family.

Family Trip

Our family met in Ohio from several different states. This property was a convenient location for us to gather. Mark was incredibly responsive and attentive. House had a well-appointed kitchen and we had everything we needed. Appreciated permitting us to use the garage to store our bikes. Could use some updated decor and less personal items, but provided us with a good location and amenities.

Great location for a quiet Stay-cation!

My wife and I are caregivers for my 93+ year young parents. We needed a break to recharge ourselves and this property was clean, and in a great location. We were also celebrating our Valentine's Day wedding anniversary and the host recommended a great restaurant in Berea, OH. It was in an old train station and the food was good. Thank-you Mark for your great hospitality. We would stay there again.

First experience

A great place to stay. Plenty of room for us. We had four adults and three kids. Close to everything. The owner was great to work with and answered texts and calls right away. He does live in the house so there are a lot of personal items.

It was a pleasure having Debbie and her family stay in one of my two homes. Each of my homes do come with a "decor". Even though I do live in both of my houses, they are set up for rentals. Each home does have personal items such as decorations, wall hangings, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need to cook and eat with. I supply everything for guest use but I do not supply any food or beverages. As I look at each room in both houses, I do not have personal items anywhere in any of the rooms with the exception of decor items. Both of My homes are geared to be "Home away from Home" places to stay in which I have received numerous compliments for doing so - not just VRBO, but other sites as well where the majority of my business stems from and from the many repeat customers I have.

Christmas Stay

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Mark’s property and found him to be a very helpful host. We used the property as home base while visiting family nearby over Christmas. The property was as-advertised and was clean for our arrival. I’d asked Mark the week before our visit if the house was decorated for Christmas (I have a 2 year old son), where he responded it was not. After our conversation, Mark went out and decorated both the interior and exterior for my son who loved the festive lights and decorations. Mark did this at his own expense and really created a festive environment for our Christmas. I will undoubtedly be requesting to stay at the property again if the opportunity arises and would recommend the property/host to other users.

Home away from home

The house was perfect for our stay. First, you’d never know pets were allowed as there wasn’t dog hair or the smell of pets. Second, they probably have the most comfortable couch ever. Third, and probably most important, the host was accessible and flexible which was so pleasant. The neighbor it’s quite and safe and close to everything. If we’re in the area again this will be our go-to.

Excellent property in a nice area

We were in a short visit to the US for 20 days including 7 destinations (7 places to stay in). This property was the best one according to all the members of my family. The house is spacious, clean, and equipped with all the things we needed. It is located in a beautiful area and close to metro parks and many attractions. It has an easy access to Cleveland downtown. Mark is very helpful and responds quickly to any requirements. I highly recommend this property. If going again to Cleveland I'll certainly stay here again.

When your stay is over, I am just hoping we were able to provide you not just a great stay, but an AWESOME stay. We want you to have a safe comfortable place to stay anytime you are in the area and in need of a place.

Why they chose this property

The main focus was to offer a BNB. When we starting looking for a place to buy, we had our own little bucket list of what was ideal for guests.
#1 - A nice, quiet, classy, respectful stay for our guests.
#2 - We wanted a very nice classy home in a nice setting. We wanted a home that was cozy and comfortable. We wanted a ranch style house which eliminates stairs and heat variations on each floor. This house has all of that.
#3 - Location, Location, Location. The home is very close to Cleveland Hopkins Airport. It is 1/4 mile from the highways. It is less than 15 minutes from Downtown Cleveland.
#4 - We wanted a setting and an environment which is very pleasing and attractive for our Airbnb / VRBO guests. We definitely hit the target on this. As we expand, we want to add more amenities for our guests.

What makes this property unique

Good Question. What makes our home unique ? That might be hard to answer as I really have no personal experience what others are offering out there.

What I can tell you is we are committed to taking care of you. We encourage you to communicate and let us know what is needed. If you need to check in at 1am, then no problem. If you need transportation, then again, no problem. I honestly don't think any reasonable request would not be granted.
There is such a sincere desire to make you happy and have you enjoy your stay. We are motivated by this feeling towards our guests.
