Spacious and well-ventilated house, ideal for gathering the whole family in total comfort and privacy, located close to several beaches including Maragogi, Antunes and Praia dos Carneiros, among others. São José beach offers various activities such as natural pool tours, diving, quad bike and buggy tours, a small square with a craft fair, and several restaurants. The house has 10 bedrooms, all with AC, including 6 suites, large gardens, a barbecue area, a swimming pool with a built-in bar 100m from the beach, pets are welcome, and there is space for a home office. Quiet and safe location. Note: We are finalising some renovations, so we don't have all the photos yet.
