The fully air conditioned interiors include 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 cloakroom (w/c), recreational and living spaces of 490 m² distributed over the 4 floors. The first floor includes a spacious living room with a special area for coffee lovers, a bar with an espresso machine and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table seating 10.
