It is a building located on Bravo Murillo Street, which has an excellent location especially for those visitors displaced to Madrid for seasons, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the Picasso Tower, the city\'s iconic skyscraper, is located; the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.

The apartment:

This cosy apartment with capacity for up to 4 guests is located on the third floor of the building.

The efficient distribution of the space combines the kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant atmosphere. It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

The apartment also has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and various appliances

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.
